Sibling 2 Sibling is a guided workshop for siblings of children with special needs. These sessions will be used to allow the sibling to express himself or herself and form relationships with other siblings that are going through similar experiences. Groups will be lead by Kelly Schulze B.S., M.Ed in partnership with Pathfinder Progress, Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities and Dr. Tom Fish. Registration for the entire series is requested as we are going to try to form a bond for the siblings to feel connected to others.

There is a $150 Registration fee that includes: weekly 60 minute support group meeting and activities, gratitude journals, and weekly healthy snacks.

Payment: Cash, Check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. We will also be accepting insurance payments - please contact Kelly Schulze for details.

Please email or print and send this form to Kelly Schulze, 3872 Tauton Court, Columbus, Ohio 43221.
Or register and pay securely online here.

Upon receiving this registration form, confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your registration.
